Automatically measures and records reversing load test sequences, at incremental torque loads, for DC wiper & reversible wiper motors. It can optionally include fast testing via our patented IDS solution.

Main Features

The system includes different testing procedures and capabilities for testing DC Reversible Wiper Motors.

  • Capable of testing One-Speed and Two-Speed DC Reversible Wiper Motors.
  • Provides valuable measurements unique to Motomea technology (Parking Position, Angle Control, and more.)
  • Provides static and dynamic performance tests (Torque, Speed, Friction, Friction Spectrum, Spectrum of Torque & Speed Oscillations.)

Reversible Wiper

  • Detects noisy and defective wipers.
  • Detects problems with parking position and angle control.
  • Reversing load test sequence, at incremental torque loads.
  • Continuous mode test sequence, at user predefined torque and time values.
  • Provides Rated Torque/Speed/Current/Temperature vs. Angle/Time, for CW and CCW rotations.
  • Dynamic Performance test data includes: Speed and Torque Spectrum, Friction Torque, Friction Spectrum, Cogging Torque Level, and Time-Angle.
  • Provides Wiper Efficiency.
  • Test results are provided graphically and tabulated.
  • Customized test reports, in Excel or PDF format.
  • Wiper testing method is very fast and accurate.
  • Power switching is done automatically by the system.

Rated Torque/Speed/Current/Temperature vs. Time, for CW and CCW. The negative torque values are for CCW direction.

The system generates an Excel report with all the source data.
